Singapore Social Media Day (SGSMD) 2011 is a bloggers-initiated charity carnival fully supported by OMY.SG to celebrate World Social Media Day which is actually on 30th June.

Where: *SCAPE Atrium & Gallery

The event mainly makes up of a couple of charity booths, shopping, performing arts, meaningful station games and an exciting sandwich-making contest, amongst other activities. SGSMD aims to promote social media activity such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and blogshops to a whole new level in Singapore.

The highlight of the event is featured by a mega- Social Wall measuring 8ft by 12ft, where members of the public can write on the wall as a gesture of raising funds for Straits Time Pocket Money Fund.

Meet your favourite social media celebrities, win attractive goodie bags, bring home instant prints and photographs, watch live gigs, stock-up your wardrobe and stand a chance to win a trip to Hong Kong!
