没有最好只有更好的日本拉面——Tampopo [新加坡]
Wednesday, October 19th, 2011听过很多次,说Ippudo有新加坡最好的拉面。其实为食主义不觉得它是“最”好的,因为还有别家和它差不多水准,价格也便宜一些。
在写Ippudo的时候,为食主义特地留了那么一句。这一句,其实就是留给乌节路上另一家大红大紫闻名遐迩的日本餐厅——Tampopo。
本来没想这么快又写拉面,但隐隐有一种说了谜面一直不出谜底的焦虑。在“那个别家是谁”的悬念完全消失之前,为食主义倾情推荐乌节路上又一日本拉面好去处。
其实Tampopo在星星国很久了,它的口碑有褒有贬。还是那句话,美食这东西太主观,是好是坏,如人饮水,冷暖自知。
