听过很多次，说Ippudo有新加坡最好的拉面。其实为食主义不觉得它是“最”好的，因为还有别家和它差不多水准，价格也便宜一些。
在写Ippudo的时候，为食主义特地留了那么一句。这一句，其实就是留给乌节路上另一家大红大紫闻名遐迩的日本餐厅——Tampopo。
本来没想这么快又写拉面，但隐隐有一种说了谜面一直不出谜底的焦虑。在“那个别家是谁”的悬念完全消失之前，为食主义倾情推荐乌节路上又一日本拉面好去处。
其实Tampopo在星星国很久了，它的口碑有褒有贬。还是那句话，美食这东西太主观，是好是坏，如人饮水，冷暖自知。
