要把全素食与西餐厅联系起来似乎是一件很新鲜的事。为食主义思来想去,好像在新加坡没有第二间这样的餐厅了吧。其实说Joie(音同joy)是西餐厅,更准确地说是日本料理与法国料理的混搭;而这一种fusion的料理,似乎有那么一点点熟悉。
