这家火锅店在中国存在很久了。从1994年开始，它就开始在中国各省遍地开花。但是是在近几年，一句“人类再也无法阻止海底捞了”风靡互联网，让海底捞的名声如雷贯耳。
它之所以出名，是因为它无人可及的服务。“凡是顾客想到的，我们都想到了；顾客没想到的，我们也想到了” 。海底捞的服务，就是把每个顾客当上帝般捧，让每一个顾客都称心满意地走出餐厅。

三年来，为食主义上的小休有过好几次，一整个月再零那么几天的长度，还从来没有过。
其实3年的文字让1个月来的访问率基本持平，其实也没有人来问过发生了什么事。博客毕竟不是新闻联播或者天气预报；是要到很长一段时间以后，人们也许才会想起，那谁谁好像很久没更新了，发生了什么事？我们生活在一个信息推送而不是信息索取的时代。
所以用论文代替博客的日子里，我偶尔会想，如果就这么停止了，又会怎么样呢？就像很多人其实都在心里问过的那个问题：“如果有一天，我消失不见；你是否对我，有一点想念”。
