In this tutorials will sharing how to combine hand-drawn graphic with photoshop technique to make your own Christmas eCards! Just follow the step by step to making your own hand-drawn Christmas eCards & share with your loved ones!

1. Random hand-drawn a few christmas graphic on a paper, captured with camera then import to computer.

2. Convert the image mode from color to black & white. (”Image” > “Mode” > “Grayscale“.)

3. Go to “Image” > “Adjust” > “Levels“ click the “Set White Point” eyedropper, to choose the background area that should be mapped to white.

4. Apply “Threshold” effects (”Image” > “Adjust” > “Threshold“) to graphic outline, enhance the outline more high-contrast & thicker.

5. Use “Magic Wand Tool” to make a dotted selection on background area. Then invert the dotted selection with “Select” > “Inverse“

6. Copy (”Edit” > “Copy“) & Paste (”Edit” > “Paste“) the christmas graphic into new document. Pick a color from color swatches, then click the “Paint Bucket Tool” from the toolbar to fill in color.

7. Add type to document, with the “Type Tool” select from toolbar, simply click anywhere inside the document window and begin typing.
