Bunta的大蜗牛
, 07 13th, 2008因为之后得马上飞到法国，所以这次在胡志明市其实不到24小时，出席完了一个晚宴之后，马上赶去supper，实在不想“入宝山而空手回”。
找到一家开到蛮迟的餐厅，叫Bunta，下了德士后才发现原来就在Quan An Ngon的旁边，白天居然没有注意到。
餐厅格局和装潢是披上殖民地色彩的现代设计，室内隐约流露复古情怀，室外是摩登的alfresco，以干净简约的白色为主，在夜深感觉更是清爽。
因为已经很迟，而肚子中的晚餐其实根本还不可能消化，我们意思意思叫了挤道菜。
Bunta餐厅的主食是面粉(其标语是：Everything is Bun)，几乎所有的菜肴都用面粉制作，包括汤的、干的，还有包的。
因为没有吃过包的面粉，于是叫了来试，原来是像面条一样的干面粉，配合生菜和碎肉等，全部卷成一团，然后沾甜甜微辣的酱吃。我们鸡手鸭脚地包，看到侍应生忍无可忍，结果找了一个会说华语的来教我们怎么包，口感其实就和一般的越南春卷很像， 是那个包的过程增添了味道。
比较特别的是蜗牛。看到餐牌上有escargo，而且是用香茅(Lemon Grass)来烹调，心想一定是好看好吃的法式蜗牛＋亚洲风味，没料到上桌的是一大锅又黑又大的“大蜗牛”！！！单是视觉已经叫人害怕，但还是大着胆子吃。
大蜗牛肉的口感其实不错，只是因为体型太大让人生畏，味道则相当奇特，完全与我们熟悉的蒜茸蜗牛不同，带点香茅味的汁稀到像汤，配蜗牛肉的after taste一直留在口中，是我吃过最独特的蜗牛餐。

我的朋友我的同学我最爱的一切 love this song very much sung by you wriiten by you, of course.
I bought 2 cds last week which cost me a bomb because this song was inside. I was hopping mad because the cd shop owner refused to let me listen to this song. So I tried my luck and bought the 2 cds released by Butterfly and another CD is a compilation of Xinyao songs.
Actually I wanted the original version 我的朋友我的同学我最爱的一切 plain and simple, not the remix version.
Can you kindly tell me where this original version is found in which of your CD album?
