国外选民

2009年6月，统计局 2010 年发布的数据，有 180700 新加坡人在国外居住6个月以上的时间，其中63%为20到54岁 http://www.singstat.gov.sg/stats/themes/people/popinbrief2010.pdf

这次总统选举只有 5504 名旅外新加坡人登记为合格选民，其中只投了 3376 张票。

几个数据极大的落差，需要当局深入研究。我们可以做得更好。
