One of Singapore’s most hardworking celebrities graces the glossy cover of Nuyou again! Joanne shines like a star both inside and outside the magazine. I am very pleased with these past 2 issues and of course the credit does go to the amazing team Johnny and Wee Khim. Without them, these amazing pictures would never make the stands. You see a picture that looks effortless but yet she shines with so much X-factor.
This month, I am also very impressed with another local magazine. They managed to put my all time favourite super model Christy Turlington on the cover and even managed to create an amazing fashion spread inside. The whole spread looked really chic and effortless and yet showcased who the personality is with all her glory. She lets everyone see that she is not someone of the past but yet manages to do what all the young supermodels are doing at this moment. I always see so many fashion stylists that put in alot of hardwork and do many fashion spreads. But those spreads just whiz by in my mind, however, this spread will definitely stay in my mind for some time. The fashion director, Kenneth Goh, has styled many other celebrities and I must credit him for knowing how to bring out the X-factor of his candidates. A few of his pictures I can actually recall beacuse they have left a mark in my mind. I am very proud of the talent we have in Singapore. I hope that he will not let our industry dilute him and fight for what he believes in. Amazing amazing pictures! Keep it up!
This month I have been flying around and have hardly anytime to post on my blog! 3 countries in less than a month! Crazy! Hopefully I can have more time to post stuff on my blog when I return from Indonesia.
