Some people might misunderstand the sincerity of the party yesterday because it was 2 occasions jumbled into one big party. But in my opinion, what really matters most is that I felt touched and happy celebrating my big day with all my lovely friends =) Plus if Zoe and Fann didn’t think much of it why should we feel used just because we get photographed every now and then? If these people thinks so highly of themselves, maybe they shouldn’t attend any parties at all because your attendance should come from the heart because of your affection for the host instead of the purpose of getting noticed. No one can teach you how to appreciate the people around you, only you yourself have that ability to realize that mistake. “真的是人言可畏”
Anyways, I was especially happy that Zoe attended the party all dolled up and gorgeous even though she’s expecting a little boy to pop out anytime soon! The presence of both my Queen and Princess really made everything even more perfect. Not forgetting all my talented young friends and Passion protégés whom i hope will all become as successful as Zoe and Fann in the near future. With hard work and the right opportunities, everything is possible!
Btw, did i mention my beautiful cake? It’s a 5 tiered birthday cake made up of fancy cupcakes inspired by all my favorite things, custom designed by Dr. Georgia Lee. There were Comme des Garçons t-shirts, jewelry, Birkin bags, AP watches, Hermès & Chrome Heart caps all in multiple colors topped with a large black birkin that resembles my latest prized possession. It was the most awesomenest birthday cake ever!
Thank you Dr. Georgia Lee, Mr. Perfect and all my friends and staff for the wonderful night by the bay =). Despite Dr Lee and Mr P’s busy schedule, they put their heart into organising this surprise party for me. This thoughtful act really touches my heart and makes me want to work even harder in order to not disappoint all my friends that care for me. Although it was a very well planned surprise party, there are still some “小人” that like to “講小話” but whatever it is, it’s definitely a night I will always remember!
