当这道Charcuterie 以不同的欧洲火腿上桌时,我已经在享受着奥地利的Gelber Muskateller, Klassik2008。

不同于澳洲葡萄酒,奥地利的酒精度约11-13%。也不同于欧洲其他的葡萄酒生产地如意大利,法国,西班牙,奥地利葡萄酒色泽金黄、清新活泼、配清淡餐,酒龄年轻时饮用为最佳。
比如这只Muska,dry & light,容易喝而且不太甜。

Austrian wines are mostly dry white wines (often made from the Grüner Veltliner grape) with some luscious dessert wines made around the Neusiedler See. About 30% of the wines are red, made from Blaufränkisch (also known as Lemberger, or as Kékfrankos in neighbouring Hungary), Pinot Noir and locally bred varieties such as Zweigelt.

第二道是Seared Kokkaido Scallops,配搭Sauvignon Blanc, Klassik2008 及GrunerVeltliner, AlteSetzen2008。
Grüner Veltliner具独特胡椒芳香和味道,浓郁清新有活力,是真正奥地利特色葡萄。

第三道Roasted Venison Tenderloin,配搭有三种红葡萄。奥地利的葡萄园大约有77%种植白葡萄,23%种植红葡萄,而且近年种植红葡萄有增多的趋势。

在这次的媒体午餐会,最后尝的甜品是NougatGlace,配搭不得不介绍的Rosso e Dolce 2006,味道浓郁,特色甜酒。它的颜色就像Rose !
