新加坡航空的如此服务
生意及家乡的缘故，我经常会往返于新加坡及马来西亚，不懂做过多少次的“新加坡航空”。 每次在新加坡航空网站上预订机票。 却往往坐到的都是SILKAIR的航空， 昨天也是如此，可是由于生意的关系我希望把11点的班机提前到十点钟， 于是拨通了新加坡服务热线，得到的答案却是让人失望的，理由给的很明确，SIR，我们所服务的是新加坡航空， 您做的是SILKAIR，请与SILKAIR 联系，我们不能将您的11点SILKAIR航班改去我们的10点新加坡航班上。 哦 我的天，我是一直以来上错了网站，定错了航班，还是我刚才精神恍惚，听错了对方的话语。 于是我再次拨通了热线，这次服务人员将我的电话转接到了另外的部门。 从电话另外一头传出， HELLO,￥%……&￥#%……&%#￥， 天 这是什么语言，请讲清楚些好吗 ，于是，#￥%……&×…………%￥# 再次让我迷茫。我这是到了印度吗。我的电话被转接到了印度公司嘛。 搞了半天才明白我的航班是由印度人来安排的。如此服务，如此安排，如此的SILKAIR和新加坡航空。
